"Refund for order"
I purchased an item that was featured one day as a New deal alert. A month later I reached out to ask where my order was. My response was that it was damaged in shipping and I would be refunded, and I was; however, I can not understand why another set just couldn't be sent. It's still selling on Morningsave but for a higher price now. I appreciate the refund, but I'm not exactly happy, especially because this is the second time this has happened to me.

"Great customer service"
The product arrived on time, and the packaging was good. Unfortunately, the product did not work. I reached out to customer service and received a prompt response. They refunded my purchase price. Disappointed that the product didn't work, but I couldn't ask for better customer service. She was wonderful.

I often tell all my family and friends about these sites because of all the super good deals that I got off of these sites :) You get free shipping and handling on all your purchases for a very small monthly fee! "Quick response"
Having ordered a vacuum that wasn't right for us, I got in touch with customer service and returned my vacuum.
Unfortunately, it was at my expense and I had to pay over $40 which was almost 50% of the vacuum price.
That was the only downfall.
They were very timely in crediting back my money to my account.
Good company to work with. Thank you

"RESPOND REACT AND RECTIFY I AM PLEASED..."
I have been doing biz with MS for a few years and any issue they have been very caring and solved the few I encountered. Just recently I had to return luggage which had a gash in it and Lilth send me pre paid label and even refunded my money when she saw I took it to Fed Ex. What a GAL that is what you call caring, professional and doing the right thing! Kudos to MS and Lilth.....

I purchased a Traklife vacuum from Morning Save and found it was not compatible with my android phone. Brandon in customer service helped me with all the steps of the return, sending me a prepaid FedEx label and a YouTube video to help me rebox the vacuum. There was no way I was going to repack that box on my own. Thank you Brandon. I have confidence in Morning Save and will purchase from them again in the future.

"Excellent Customer care on bad product"
I had an issue with my product past the return time so I had to email the company. The product had a 1 yr warranty so I figured they would have no problem. There was no response from the company so I wrote to MorningSave and Lilith took great care of my issue and issued me a refund. What great customer service!! This is actually the first time I’ve had a problem with a product. I will continue to order from MorningSave knowing I will be taken care of if there is ever an issue.
